One login per brand. Never another client's numbers.
A client portal for 3PLs: each brand you handle gets its own login into shipping status, SLA rate and stock - strictly separated, on top of the warehouse system you already run. No system change, no client seeing anything but their own data.
The status email you answer every morning.
"Did yesterday's order go out yet?"
The same question, every morning, from a different client. Each email pulls you out of the warehouse to go look something up that a system should already show.
Without visibility, a client has to ask or trust.
Both cost something. A client who cannot see how the operation is running only notices it when something is missing.
A screenshot or an export goes out by hand.
To keep a client satisfied, someone builds a one-off list - per client, per week, and it is already out of date by the time it is sent.
Every client sees only their own brand.
The portal is strictly separated by client. When a brand logs in, only the orders, shipments and stock belonging to that brand are read - never another client's figures, and never your internal cockpit.
The separation does not live in the interface. It lives in the query itself: every row of data carries its client. A login cannot reach data that was never loaded for it in the first place.
What a client sees - and what stays yours.
Everything below is scoped to one brand at a time. Nothing here is a view onto another client or onto your own operation as a whole.
Shipping status
Orders shipped today and this week, what is still open, and since when. The client sees the process, not just the outcome.
SLA rate
The on-time rate against your agreed rules - cutoff, working days, public holidays. Proof for the contract, produced automatically.
Stock on hand
Available stock per item, without a phone call to your team. A low count becomes visible to the client before it becomes a problem.
History over time
Shipping volumes and SLA rate over recent weeks and months, so the client sees a trend rather than a single number.
Returns
Which shipments came back and the brand's own return rate - visibility that otherwise stays buried in your warehouse system.
Your internal cockpit
Labor performance, every client at once, and your own operational figures stay in a separate view. A client portal login never opens that door.
Runs under your name, if you want it to.
By default, the portal runs under the max.dash brand. White-label is available as an option on top of it.
Your own name, your own colors, your own domain - so the client experiences it as your tool, not a vendor's screen bolted on. Which level of white-label makes sense for your operation is something we work out together, based on how many brands you run through it and how it is meant to be presented.
How access is granted.
No installation on either side, and no shared login across clients.
You create the login
A login per client, assigned to that client's brand. You decide who gets one and when.
The client signs in from a browser
No app, no plugin, nothing to install on the client's side either.
Access stays under your control
A login can be suspended or removed at any time, without touching any other client's access.
Common questions.
Can one client see another client's data?
No. The separation sits in the data query itself: every login is fixed to one brand, and orders or stock belonging to any other client are never loaded in the first place. There is no view in the portal that reaches another client's numbers.
Can the portal carry our own branding?
White-label is available as an option - your own name, your own colors, your own domain, so the portal reads as your tool rather than a vendor's. By default it runs under the max.dash brand. Which level fits is something we work out together.
How does a client get access?
You create a login per client and assign it to that client's brand. The client signs in from a browser - nothing to install. Access can be granted, suspended or removed at any time.
Does a client also see our internal cockpit?
No. The internal cockpit with labor performance, every client at once, and operational figures across the business is a separate view reserved for you. The portal shows a client only the figures released for their own brand.
Does the portal write anything back into our warehouse system?
No. max.dash reads your warehouse system read-only and mirrors the data into a secure database, hosted within the EU. The portal is built on that mirror. Your production system is never written to.
Give your clients the visibility they ask for every day.
30 minutes, no commitment. We show a sample portal for one of your own clients.
