Three tiers, scaled by parcels per month. Clients are included in every one of them - however many brands you run. You can work out what max.dash costs you before you speak to anybody.
One tier to start. One you actually need. One for scale.
Cockpit is the internal view. SLA adds the contractual proof per client. Portal opens it up to your clients with their own login.

All figures are per month, net, in euros. We are a German company and invoice in euros - for customers outside the eurozone the amount on your statement moves with the exchange rate, which is why we quote the euro figure rather than a converted number that changes monthly.
What costs extra, and what does not.
Clients, always
However many brands you run, they are in the price. The ladder scales with parcel volume, not with how many clients you serve. Most warehouse systems price the other way round.
Connecting a system with an interface
Where a system exposes what we need, setting up the connection is part of the subscription. No separate integration fee.
Custom connectors and imports
Where a system needs work built specifically for it, or a file export has to be created on your side, that is quoted separately and agreed in writing before anything starts.
Questions about the price.
Do you charge per client?
No. Clients are included in every tier, however many you run. The price scales with parcel volume, not with how many brands you serve - which is the opposite of how most warehouse systems price, and it is deliberate.
Why are prices in euros?
We are a German company and we invoice in euros. For customers outside the eurozone that means the amount on your bank statement moves with the exchange rate. We quote the euro figure so nobody is surprised by a converted number that looks different every month.
What does the setup cost?
Connecting a system that has an interface is part of the subscription. Where a system needs a custom connector or a file import has to be built on your side, that is quoted separately and agreed in writing before anything starts.
Is there a minimum term?
The terms are set out in full in our Terms and Conditions. Nothing about the commercial arrangement is hidden behind a sales call - if a clause matters to you, read it before you talk to us.
What happens if my volume grows past a tier?
You move into the next band. We do not backdate, and we do not charge overage per parcel - the ladder exists so a growing operation knows what the next step costs before it gets there.
See what it does before you weigh what it costs.
